Co-founded with my DORK Company co-founder to deepen our presence in Bengaluru's tech and startup community — community-first, with targeted client and talent acquisition as a designed side-effect.

  • Designed and ran 20+ paid, premium board-game events at cafés and pubs across Bengaluru, averaging ~10 paid participants per event with consistent retention.
  • Owned event operations end-to-end: venue, ticketing, pricing strategy, partnerships, promotion and on-site delivery.
  • Built a repeatable engagement playbook that doubled as a brand-building motion and a measurable inbound pipeline of agency leads and freelance talent.

Training & Placement Representative

MNNIT Allahabad · Applied Mechanics & Mechanical Engineering Departments

A student role with the scope of a corporate HR + business-development function: company outreach, recruiter relationships, drive logistics and student support — for an entire academic year, across nine branches and two departments.

  • Owned the end-to-end campus placement process: company outreach, recruiter coordination, drive logistics and student onboarding.
  • Improved overall postgraduate placement rate from 25% (2021) to 49% (2022) — nearly doubling outcomes in a single year.
  • Voluntarily took over Mechanical Engineering placements after that representative withdrew mid-year, single-handedly managing nine branches across two departments.
  • Placed 17 students from Applied Mechanics (up from 9 the prior year) and 38 from Mechanical Engineering.
  • Recruited and trained 5 successor representatives and institutionalised a two-representative-per-department model that sustained the improvement.

Technical Internship — Robotics & Product Development

Makxenia Engineering · Maharashtra

A 30-day product-development internship that became a litmus test for entrepreneurial output — and a fork in the road.

  • Delivered three complete engineering projects in a single 30-day period — consistently ahead of schedule.
  • Only intern offered a full-time Product Development role from the cohort, on the basis of output quality.
  • Declined the offer to pursue postgraduate studies at MNNIT — a decision that shaped everything since.
